P & A Construction, Inc. was founded in February 1959 by Francisco A. Pinho Jr., his wife Benedita, and their close friend Carmelo Alonso. Through their tireless effort and hard work their company grew into one of the top utility and paving contractors in New Jersey. Through the decades of success they have completed hundreds of jobs all over the Garden State. The company is still proudly run today by the Pinho family and recently celebrated their 60th anniversary.
